VHF Classes

We offer a large variety of fitness classes from our main studio at Gateshead. This large well lit air conditioned studio has been designed to cater for a huge range of different training styles and classes. Studio equipment and boxing bags to be used by members freely when classes are not on.

This class is a combination of pilates, yoga, tai chi, and strength & functional fitness work. It will develop a strong core, better posture and promote long lean muscles, improving your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.

A conditioning workout using boxing drills and techniques to improve strength, co-ordination and endurance. This class will enable you to develop serious upper body strength, core strength, speed and agility. Suitable for all fitness levels up to competition level. ***You must bring your own gloves and hand wraps to partake in this class***.
