WHO IS OUR GYM FOR?

Over the past few years, Vision Health and Fitness have hosted professional wrestlers from the WWE; the Scottish National Rugby League team, during the Rugby League World Cup; professional boxers, and professional athletes from a variety of other sports – but it isn’t just athletes that we cater to. While we have several professional sports people using our facilities, most of our members are regular people who just want to look a bit better, improve their health, lose a bit of weight, and feel better about themselves overall. The gym isn’t just about aesthetics, though. For many it is a sanctuary that helps improve their mental health or a place for socialising with likeminded people. Many of our members form lasting friendships.

Our circuits class will involve a variety of exercises and work all muscle groups! The class will aid in building overall strength whilst improving your muscular endurance.

A good workout doesn’t have to be boring. Join one of our Bootcamps and work up a sweat while having a laugh. Bootcamps are fun filled and challenging, using a variety of exercises designed to get you working hard, toning your muscles and burning those calories in an enjoyable friendly environment.

Hybrid is our core class in the performance box – consisting of Strength work, skill development, gymnastics, and focused conditioning work. All of the major lifts will be covered week to week, including squats, deadlifts, pressing movements and Olympic lifts to truly develop your strength all round.
